CEI™ has adopted various methods of ensuring quality on project designs and documentation with cost control methods to support budgetary tracking.
CEI™ COST CONTROL: We use an internal computerized office management program to track hours of all employees on all projects. Our system allows us to produce immediate reports on efforts to date as well as the ability to project costs for our efforts into the future. We issue this cost control report bi-weekly to keep our clients informed of our status against our authorization as well as for internal resource planning purposes.

We frequently interface directly with our clients’ accounting groups to maintain reporting structures and tracking methods required by the clients’ corporate systems.
