Since 1988, Covert Engineers, Inc. (CEI™) has specialized in engineering services to the food processing and packaging industry. We do 100% of our yearly business in the food industry and complete small to very large projects involving a variety of products. Over the past 37+ years we have provided engineering design and project management for over 1,500 projects with our clients in the food processing industry including potato products, milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, fish, vegetables, snack foods, bakery products, beer, wine, spirits, fruit & fruit products and many more. As a complement to our process and packaging design we also provide process support engineering services for energy conservation, refrigeration, steam generation, water, compressed air, chemicals, plumbing, HVAC, natural gas and other mechanical systems.
