Ensuring Your Project Moves Forward
CEI™ can perform project management either in a full capacity or in an assistance role to our client’s own project managers. Typically, our project management role includes: team leadership in workshops and meetings, minutes and action items that translate into design criteria, competitive bidding of required equipment, and installation services through formal RFQ’s (Request for Quotation) with resulting bid analysis, scope and contract development / management, project scheduling (vendors, manufacturers, client departments, project team), construction support services, and project cost control.
